Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Konekt Ltd.. By browsing konektn.com, creating an account, sending an enquiry or engaging us, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Konekt is a staffing and placement service. We introduce and place vetted Filipino professionals with client companies. We are not the employer of the talent we place and we are not a party to the working relationship between a client and a placed professional, except where a signed agreement says otherwise.

You must be at least 18, hold one account only, and give accurate information about your experience, work history and right to work. Your CV and answers must be your own and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.

Before your profile can be shared you accept our Privacy Policy and give explicit consent for us to share it with clients considering you for a role. You may withdraw that consent at any time; from that point we stop sharing your profile.

We may decline, suspend or remove an account where information is false or misleading, where conduct harms another user or a client, where you go around Konekt on a placement we introduced, or where a legal or client obligation requires it.

Creating a profile does not guarantee an interview, an offer, a placement, any level of income, or that a placement will continue. Where a placement happens, the specific terms are set out in the service agreement you sign.

An enquiry, a shortlist or a candidate profile is an invitation to discuss, not a binding order and not an offer of employment. Rates, invoicing, notice periods, replacement and cancellation are agreed in a separate written service agreement before any placement starts. Nothing on this page changes that agreement, and where the two differ the signed agreement governs.

Candidate information we share with you is confidential. You may use it only to assess that candidate for the role in question, you may not forward it outside your organisation, and you may not engage or approach a candidate we introduced outside Konekt during our engagement or for 12 months afterwards without our written agreement.

You are responsible for your own decisions about who to engage, and for meeting the laws that apply to you as the company receiving the work, including anything required in your own country.

We vet talent carefully and describe them honestly, but we do not guarantee any particular result: not a hire, not a candidate's performance or retention, not a client's conduct or payment to a placed professional, and not any specific timeline. Verification steps such as reference and document checks reduce risk; they do not remove it.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform, scrape candidate or client data, probe or bypass access controls, upload malicious files, impersonate anyone, or use the site to send unsolicited marketing.

You keep ownership of your CV, documents and messages. You give us permission to store them and, with your consent, to share them with our staff and with clients considering you for a role, for as long as your account is active.

The site itself, our brand, logo, copy, templates and materials remain ours. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or withdraw features. To the fullest extent permitted by law the site is provided as-is, without implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you gave us that was false.

You may stop using the site and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where we are required to. Obligations that are meant to survive, such as confidentiality and the limits on liability, continue afterwards.

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
