About this role
We are seeking Healthcare Receptionist / Concierge Virtual Assistants to support Optimal Home Care & Hospice, a US-based home health and hospice provider. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, healthcare professionals, and other callers. Successful candidates will deliver courteous and compassionate telephone support, coordinate inquiries, maintain accurate records, and safeguard confidential patient information.
What you'll need
- Previous experience in healthcare, ideally with a US provider in home health, hospice, medical reception, or patient services. - Demonstrated experience handling inbound and outbound calls. - Strong verbal and written English communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - Working knowledge of EMR systems and current HIPAA training or certification. - Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, computer proficiency, and ability to work independently.
